Mantenimiento pagina web www.ecomarg.net

Abstract:

The ECOMARG 4 project proposal continues support the research lines of the ECOMARG Research Group (www.ecomarg.net) started with the project of the same name in 2002. The project has a 250,000.0 Euros of external funding derived from the Award to proceedings on the Conservation of the Biodiversity that received the cited research group by the BBVA Foundation in 2011. Due to the fact that currently the researchers of this group, belonging to the laboratories of the IEO of Santander, Gijón, A Coruña, Madrid, are working in four other future projects on the same research line, INTEMARES, SPONGES, MPAs monitoring (MAGRAMA), TREND, etc.has been considered desirable not to define in ECOMARG 4 new research objectives that exceed the capabilities of the group. The idea is that this project will serve to support the four cited above, in the concepts on which these have been undermined by various circumstances and that will hinder its good development. Specifically: 1. Participation in conferences and training courses. 2. Acquisition and improvement of sampling systems and laboratory equipment. 3. Edition and translation of publications. 4.
