Resumen:

INVIPESCA es la Red Iberoamericana de Investigación Pesquera para el uso sostenible de los recursos pesqueros, en la que participan inicialmente 18 instituciones de investigación pesquera de 13 países iberoamericanos. El objetivo general del Proyecto es promover y mejorar el conocimiento científico en materia de aprovechamiento de los recursos pesqueros y su vinculación con los ecosistemas con el fin de alcanzar soluciones de gestión que contribuyan al desarrollo sostenible de la actividad pesquera en los países de Iberoamérica.

Abstract:

Red INVIPESCA is the Fisheries Research Latin American Network for the sustainable use of fisheries resources, initially involving 18 fisheries research institutions 13 Latin American countries: The project’s general objective is to promote and improve scientific knowledge regarding utilization of fishery resources and their relationship with ecosystems in order to achieve management solutions that contribute to sustainable development of fisheries in the countries of Iberoamerica.
